Does the Complice fit my wall?
The Complice is designed for standard wall thicknesses of 140 mm and more. Our technician checks technical feasibility during the advisory visit.
Do I need fire protection?
Paper already gets damaged at 175°C. If you want to protect documents or digital media, choose the fireproof variant (30 min). Only cash and jewelry? Then the standard Complice suffices.
Which lock do you choose?
A key lock is reliable but vulnerable if the key is lost. Electronic is convenient but needs a battery. A mechanical code is a good middle ground. We advise based on your situation.
What if I forget the code?
Manufar offers a secure emergency opening service — only for provable owners. No damage to the door panel or the safe.

A wall safe is hidden inside the wall and harder to remove — burglars cannot take it with them. A freestanding safe is anchored to the floor or wall but visible. For home storage, a wall safe offers the advantage of invisibility.
What insurance values does Grade 0 cover?
EN 1143-1 Grade 0 is suitable for insurable contents of up to about €5,000. Your specific coverage depends on your insurance policy. Ask your insurer about the maximum coverage for an ECB·S Grade 0 safe.
Can the Complice also be installed in a basement or garage?
Yes, provided the wall structure is solid enough (concrete or solid masonry). Our technician assesses the location during the advisory visit.
What is included in the installation?
Professional chiseling of the wall, placement and anchoring of the safe, mortar filling all around, and delivery of all certificates. Our installers work cleanly and restore the wall finish as best as possible.
