Vault Doors
The door determines the weakest link of your vault room. Make it strong.
Did you know?
A vault room is exactly as strong as its door. Perfectly built walls are pointless if the door forms a weak point. Certified vault doors from Manufar are independently tested compliant with EN 1143-1 in Grade III to VI — the heaviest classes that exist.
A vault door must work like a vault — not like a door.
Vault doors are specialized products with technical specifications far exceeding a regular security door. Our models combine solid steel construction, multi-point locking, relockers, anti-drill plates, anti-crowbar hinges, and certified cylinders. Every model is verified by independent testing institutes on the certified class. Our installers specialize in this type of product.

What you gain every day
Solid steel construction
Thick steel plates, multiple lamination, and complex internal structure that resists sawing, drilling, and breaking.
Multi-point locking
Dozens of hardened steel locking bolts securing all sides of the frame. No attack vector.
Relockers and anti-manipulation
In an attack, automatic relockers activate that permanently block the door — regardless of damage to the lock.
Color and finish to order
A vault door doesn't have to look industrial. Your choice of color and finish fits it into any architectural context.
Certified cylinder included
Every vault door is delivered with a certified security cylinder that supports the security level of the door.
Complete installation dossier
Test reports, EN 1143-1 product attestation, installation certificate, and user manual — full dossier ready for your insurer.

Our solutions are tailored to real situations of Belgian families. Do you see yourself?
New-build vault rooms
The vault door is the first element specified for a new vault room — it determines the class of the whole.
Replacing an existing vault door
Replace an outdated or damaged vault door with a certified, modern version in the desired class.
Banks and financial institutions
Grade V and VI for bank vault rooms and deposit areas in line with banking regulation and insurance requirements.
Luxury private residences
Discreet, architecturally integrated vault doors hidden behind a bookcase or paneling.
What should you look for?
Not every solution fits every situation. Use this checklist before you decide.
What grade do you need?
Grade III is the minimum for a professional vault room. Grade IV for higher values. Grade V and VI for banking institutions or special situations. Your insurer also determines this.
Which lock type do you choose?
Mechanical time lock, electronic lock with codes, biometrics, or combination. Each option has pros and cons depending on your usage pattern.
One or two door sections?
Large vault rooms may need a double door for material transport. We also supply double vault doors in certified classes.
Emergency opening — how is it arranged?
Every vault door must have a procedure for emergency opening in case of power failure, forgotten code, or defect. Our certified technicians provide for this and document it.

Frequently asked questions
Your question not listed? Feel free to contact us — we answer every question personally.
Ask your questionCan I buy a vault door separately without a vault room?
Yes. Some customers integrate a vault door into an existing concrete or brick room. We advise on the connection to achieve full certification.
How heavy is a Grade IV vault door?
A Grade IV vault door typically weighs 300 to 700 kg depending on the size. Transport and installation require specialized equipment — this is included in our service.
What does a vault door cost?
The price strongly depends on the class, size, lock, and finish. Contact us for a confidential custom quote.
Can a vault door be combined with a time lock?
Yes. Time locks are available on almost all Grade III+ vault doors. They block opening outside set hours, regardless of who enters the correct code.
How long does a vault door last?
Decades with correct maintenance. An annual inspection of the locking mechanism and seals is recommended. Manufar offers service contracts.
