Which RC class do you need?

Ask your questionIs RC2 sufficient for my home?
RC2 is the absolute minimum we recommend for a front door. For most Belgian homes, RC2 offers sufficient protection and meets the requirements of most insurance policies. For a higher-risk location, we recommend RC3.
Which material is safer — aluminium or steel?
Both can reach RC2 to RC4. The material determines weight, maintenance, and aesthetics — not the security class. That is determined by the construction as a whole: leaf, frame, lock, and hinges.
Can I keep my existing door frame?
In many cases, yes, if the frame is in good condition and the dimensions match. Our technicians assess this on site.
Is a security cylinder included?
Yes. Manufar supplies every entrance door as standard with a certified security cylinder and an ownership card. You decide who is allowed to have keys duplicated.
How do I maintain my entrance door?
Aluminium and steel are virtually maintenance-free. An annual lubrication of the locks and hinges is all you need. Our service department can also do this for you.
