What EN 1143-2 class does your vault room need?
This depends on the values to be stored and your insurer. A vault room certified Grade III or IV suffices for most applications. We carry out the risk analysis.
Concrete walls or modular panels?
Concrete construction is the heaviest option but requires a building permit. Modular steel panels are quicker to install and equally certified for their class.
Which door do you choose?
The vault door is the most critical component. Our vault doors are certified Grade III to VI and available in multiple sizes and finishes.
Do you need climate control?
For art, wine, documents, and digital media, temperature and humidity control is essential. We integrate this into the design.

Ask your questionHow does a vault room differ from an ordinary secure room?
A vault room is certified compliant with EN 1143-2, which imposes specific requirements on walls, door, floor, and ceiling. An ordinary secure room does not have this independent certification — it therefore offers no insurance guarantees.
What insurable values can I store in a vault room?
The maximum covered values depend on the grade of the vault door and walls. Your insurer determines the limit based on the certification. Grade III vault rooms can typically accommodate values up to €1,000,000.
How long does it take to build a vault room?
Depends on size and type (modular vs. concrete). Modular vault rooms are ready in 1 to 2 weeks. Concrete constructions take longer. We communicate transparently about the planning.
Can a vault room be extended later?
Modular vault rooms are in principle expandable. Concrete constructions are not. If expandability is important, we recommend modular construction.
Can I also relocate my vault room when moving?
Modular vault rooms can be dismantled and reinstalled. This requires recertification but is technically possible.
